TOUR CANCELLATION POLICY
Please read our Tasting/Tour Cancellation Policy before booking any tour packages via Lailey Winery.
While booking tastings on our website, you are not required to pay the tasting fee to secure the slot. Once an appointment is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email stating that your order/appointment is completed.
While booking the Discovery Tour or Signature Tour, you will need to pay the full amount for the tour to secure the booking. A minimum of two people is required for all tours. Price of the tours shown on the website is per person. Customers are required to purchase multiple items for multiple people in the group.

What can be refunded:
If, for any reason, Lailey Winery is not able to provide customers with the tours at the scheduled time, the customer will get a 100% refund through the original payment method.
What cannot be refunded:
As we make tour schedules ahead of time, and prepare food for selected tours, customers who do not appear on the day of arrival will not be refunded.
The cancellation fee will take into effect once you submit your reservation. If your booking cannot be confirmed for any reason, we will fully refund your purchase without any additional charges. We recommend each customer review the cancellation policy fully.
* 50% cancellation fee for cancellations 48 hours prior to visit
* 100% cancellation fee for no-shows or same-day cancellation
